You can ceramic coat the exposed steering/suspension of a vehicle and the brake calipers ?
The exposed steering are components like tie rod ends, ball joints, control arms etc. The coating will help make those super easy to maintain. It will also protect them against the corrosive effects of salt & the road brine they lay down in the winter.
